KOCO TV wanted to know what makes our town so special so we told them. Last month I submitted five pages full of things that make Guthrie so great in response to their On the Road “Helping Hands Tour”. This past week I heard back from them saying we were one of the five towns chosen!  That means KOCO will be broadcasting the 5:00 and 6:00 news live from the parking lot North of Jelsma Stadium, Friday, September 14th.  The TV anchors will arrive sometime mid morning and will be hands on in helping with various projects around town. They will also be filming the game of the week against Enid. We invite you to come out for all of the activities that will be going on at 4p.m. on Harrison Avenue in front of Jelsma Stadium!
