Our Guthrie Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors unanimously supports the Guthrie School Bond Proposal and encourages all registered voters to vote “YES” on Tuesday, May 12 for the sake of our children and our community.  This school bond issue is about whether our community is willing to invest in a solid future. It is about valuing our children. It is about showing them that their education and future is important. Polls are open 7 a.m. – 7p.m on the 12th, with early and absentee voting on Thursday and Friday, May 7 and 8, at the Election Board at 224 E. Vilas from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. No matter what your vote, if you require a ride to the polls please contact us at 405 282-1947 and we will arrange transportation for you. Read more…
