One person charged for firing shot in grocery store parking lot
A misdemeanor charge was filed last week on a Guthrie man who is accused of discharging a firearm in the parking lot of a grocery store back in January.
Witnesses say a subject fired a gun at individuals in the Homeland parking lot following a verbal dispute. After firing the shot, a male was seen immediately leaving the area in a truck.
According to court papers, Sinon fired his pistol into the ground of the parking lot while others were in the vicinity and exposed to injury.
There were no injuries reported.
A store window was seen shattered, but there was no evidence found that the bullet had entered the store. However, investigators later found a bullet had landed on one of the individuals blue jeans. Related story: Shot fired off in Homeland parking lot
