The Pollard Theater presents “ Shrek, The Musical” April 24 to May 23 Based on the Oscar®winning DreamWorks film, SHREK brings the hilarious story of everyone’s favorite ogre to dazzling new life on the stage. In a faraway kingdom turned upside down, things get ugly when an unseemly ogre — not a handsome prince — shows up to rescue a feisty princess. Throw in a donkey who won’t shut up, a bad guy with a SHORT temper, a cookie with an attitude and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you’ve got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there’s one on hand…and his name is Shrek.

March 18 Lenten Lunch will be hosted by First United Methodist Church with Mike DeMoss speaking on Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Donations are accepted.

The Chamber Coffee is a great way to network and meet new people. Next week’s Chamber Coffee will be hosted by Treasures & Books located at 114 W. Oklahoma Avenue. Everyone is welcome! Have a wonderful week in Guthrie!

Kind of confused about the fishing tournament. Is registration the day of the tournament or by March 27th. If by March 27, where do you register?
