Guthrie Fire extinguishes shed fire

Bookmark and Share

Shed FireThe Guthrie Fire Department needed about a hour to completely extinguish a shed fire on Guthrie’s east side.

The shed, located behind an abandoned house, in the 1300 block of E. Vilas was fully engulfed as firefighters arrived to the scene around 2:45 p.m.

The fire spread to a small grass fire that crawled up to a house across the alley.

It is unknown at this time as to what may have started the fire.

There were no other structures harmed and no injuries were reported at the scene.
