House sustains smoke damage following fire

Residents were able to escape a house fire on Tuesday afternoon, but the family’s pet dog was unable to escape and died.House Fire 12092014

Season Greetings! The Territorial Christmas Foundation has been busy all year planning this entire months’ worth of activities. We have been swamped with phone calls  inquiring about the Victorian Homes Tour which will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. Tickets are sold only at the Guthrie Chamber of Commerce office located at 212 W. Oklahoma.  The Victorian Walk which is when the downtown comes alive with Victorian picturesque windows begins at 5 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. I hope you can find time to bring the family out to enjoy this event!  Read more…
