Bookmark and Share

Power was lost for some Guthrie residents as well as two schol buildings, but was quickly restored Monday morning.

OG&EPower outage hit the east part of town, including Fogarty Elementary and St. Marys school, just after 6 a.m. and was back up and running just before 9 a.m.

OG&E reported 481 customers lost power.

The power company told Guthrie News Page a fuse was off at the Pine street sub station.

It was not a total loss, second and third grade students got an extra recess before hitting the books.
