Public input meeting set to discuss the future of Liberty Lake

Bookmark and Share

A meeting has been scheduled at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, October 25 in the Guthrie City Council Chambers to discuss future plans for the Liberty Lake area.

The meeting will be facilitated by representatives from Jacobs Engineering and City of Guthrie staff. The goal at this point will be for the City Council and members of the public to express their desires regarding future plans for the Liberty Lake area.

This meeting will be followed by a second public input meeting, this one being held with the Parks Board, to get input on the Parks portions of Liberty Lake. That meeting has yet to be scheduled.

Once these two meetings are complete, Jacobs Engineering will take the information and develop conceptual options. These options will then be presented at a public meeting and from there, a final master plan will be developed and presented to the City.

The Liberty Lake Master plan is a priority set forth in the City of Guthrie’s strategic plan.
