Langston stays perfect with home win over SNU
LANGSTON – Langston University stayed perfect at home with a 17-14 win over Southern Nazarene University on Saturday night at W.E. Anderson Stadium. Langston struggled to the move the ball offensively, but got help from a stout defense. Sophomore linebacker Chace Green continued his strong play on the season, intercepting an errant pass from SNU quarterback Dylan Terry and returning it 72 yards for a touchdown. Hunting Waterfowl allowed in city’s designated areas

Langston falls to 1-3 following loss to Lamar
Beaumont, TX – Langston fell to 1-3 after suffering a 31-0 defeat at the hands of the Lamar Cardinals Saturday night at Provost Umphrey Stadium. Lamar wide receiver Kevin Johnson scored three touchdowns to pace the Cardinals. Transfer running back Herschel Sims added 47 yards on the ground on 10 carries. Read more…

Langston, OK – Sheldon Augustine helped spark the Langston University offense with an 87-yard punt return in the first quarter and there was no looking back for the Lions as they defeated Bacone College in the home opener Saturday night, 19-0, at W.E.
