Hello! It will soon be time to do exercise your right to vote. The General Election is Tuesday, November 4th. Your deadline to request an absentee ballot is Wednesday, October 29th at 5pm. You can vote Thursday, October 30th from 8am to 6pm, Friday, October 31 from 8am to 6pm and Saturday, November 1st from November 1st from 9am to 2pm at the Logan County Election Board located at 224 E. City and Chamber do not agree to contract terms; City takes over CVB

The Guthrie Chamber of Commerce has overlooked the Convention and Visitors Bureau for the past 20 years, but effective immediately the City of Guthrie will now take over of the CVB after the two entities failed to reach a contract agreement. Read more…

Trinity Mixed-Use Development Project has been hired by a group of physicians to develop a project on 147 acres at the northwest corner of I-35 and Waterloo Road. First phase is the construction of a hospital and physicians building, a convenience store, and a restaurant.  Future phases will include a Senior Living Centers well as commercial and residential developments. There is no infrastructure on this tract. In order to engage the community around the project and answer questions, the developers will host a public meeting, October 2nd at 6:30pm at the Territorial Sports Museum.   Read more…
