City crews cleaning out Snake Creek

Guthrie city crews are working on clearing out the river bed of Snake Creek along South Division.

Crews have been seen removing several tons of dirt, that has collected over time from floods and rains.

The removal of the added dirt will help the flow of the creek and will aid in the situation when the creek fills up with potential flood waters.
