Mayor, Vice Mayor Gather at the State Capitol to Convene
OKLAHOMA CITY – Mayors from across Oklahoma met at the state Capitol on January 20 to debate issues facing municipalities and craft a legislative agenda for the 2012 legislative session. Guthrie mayor Chuck Burtcher and vice-mayor Trey Ayres took part in the Congress, with Burtcher acting as voting delegate for the city of Guthrie. Burtcher served on the Municipal Operations Committee. Ayers was a member of the Public Safety Committee. Read more…
