Thunder tells GUES choir to hold off on national anthem

10 students from Guthrie Upper Elementary School were set to sing the national anthem in front 18,000 plus fans inside the Chesapeake Energy Arena on Christmas Day, but that day will have to wait.

As you may be aware, on February 14th, Valentine’s Day, all Republican voters in Logan County will be eligible to vote in the Republican primary for State Senator (there is no Democrat primary on that day because only one Democrat filed for the position).

Arson ruled in Guthrie house fire over the weekend

A Guthrie house fire is now under investigation by the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal’s Office for arson.

I have always believed the elimination of the state income tax is not only doable, but also imperative.

GUES honor choir to sing NBA anthem on Christmas Day
